I cannot access to the training session, is loading and locked

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to get the Training session working in QuickBooks Online (QBO), David-Yahiaoui.

If you are having trouble starting ProAdvisor training courses or exams, we can set up your web browser so you can successfully launch training courses and take exams. Please know that QuickBooks ProAdvisor is only available in the USA, Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, South Africa, Singapore, and India. 

We can open a private or incognito window in the browser to open QBO with a clean slate and load fresh data. Here's how:

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
• Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Then, log in to your QuickBooks Online Accountant and follow the steps below to get the certification exam from the ProAdvisor tab:

1. Go to the ProAdvisor tab.
2. Choose Training.
3. From the Certification tab, look for the certification and then click Take Exam.

If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. The collection of data over time can create corruption, however, removing this should fix the issue. Also, you can utilize another supported browser or device if this doesn't work. This happens when the current browser you're using has a temporary issue with the program.

If the issue persists, you have to check your pop-up blocker. If your web browser is set to block pop-ups, it can also block training courses and exams.
