You'll have to contact our Technical Support Team to get the code. Please reach through this link:

  1. Click https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Select your QuickBooks version in the upper right corner.
  3. Click Download and Register and then Register QuickBooks. When prompted, click No.
  4. Click Get Phone Number.

Congratulations on your new computer! Let me show you how to get the validation code.

 

You'll want to check if you received an email with the validation code from our support the first time you installed it on your old device. You can retrieve it from there. 

 

You can also login to your CAMPs to see if you have it registered. Here's how: 

  1. Go to CAMPs and log in using the credentials connected to your product. 
  2. Select your version under Products & Services
  3. Choose Details, and look for the validation code. 

Another way is by contacting our QuickBooks Desktop Support team. Open your QuickBooks and press F1 or you can also follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop as the product, then click the Continue as a guest button.
  3. Select the version. Choose Install as the topic, then select how you want to contact us.

Upon checking the screenshot you've provided, I don't see any error messages but only the need to enter the code. The validation code is a unique key that is given to you when you buy the QuickBooks Desktop product. 

 

If you buy the product online then you get an email regarding this key that helps you in registration and activate your account in QuickBooks. If you didn't receive an email, you'll want to contact our phone support since they have the necessary tools to generate validation codes and activate your QuickBooks. The method for obtaining a validation code varies based on where you made your purchase. Let me share some information about this with you.

 

If you purchased QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) online, the validation code can be found in the email receipt or confirmation message sent after your purchase, along with the license and product number.

 

On the other hand, if you purchased a physical copy, the validation code is printed on the packaging or included in the installation documents provided in the box.

 

Please note that Intuit no longer provides verification codes for products that are no longer supported and were not activated during their supported lifecycle. To activate the software, upgrading to a supported version is required.

 

Additionally, QBDT is currently supported and available only in the U.S. and Canada regions.

 

If you are in the mentioned region and recently purchased the product but are unable to locate the validation code or are experiencing activation issues, I recommend reaching out to our live support team. They can assist you with the activation process and provide any necessary information.
