Freezing and crashing in the QuickBooks Online app usually happen because of outdated cache files or pending updates. To fix this, first make sure your app is updated to the latest version through your device's app store.

If it still crashes, clearing or resetting the app data will remove corrupted temporary files and help it run smoothly again.

For iOS:

  1. Open your Settings and tap General.
  2. Tap iPhone Storage.
  3. Find and select the QuickBooks app.
  4. Tap Offload App to clear the cache without losing your files.

For Android:

  1. Open your device Settings.
  2. Tap Apps and find QuickBooks in the list.
  3. Tap Storage, then choose Clear Data.

If the app is still acting up, try uninstalling and reinstalling it. This completely removes the old app and downloads a fresh copy, which usually fixes stubborn glitches, freezes, or loading errors.

Alternatively, you can log in using your phone’s web browser to keep working.

Let me know if you have other concerns.
