We've improved the process for getting in touch with a member of our Customer Care team. To contact one of our representatives, you may directly go to the Help menu.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QBO company.
2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
3. Select the Search tab.
4. Click the Contact Us button.
5. Enter a brief description of your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
6. Select Continue.
7. Choose the Get a Callback option and follow the on-screen instructions.

Additionally, you may want to view this reference as your guide to help manage your business's progress and transactions using QBO: QuickBooks Learn and Support. It offers video tutorials, community chats with other QuickBooks users, and help articles.
