How do I look at last years information

Good day, Claire. To view last year's invoices and expenses in QuickBooks Online (QBO), use the Reports menu to filter transaction reports for the previous year. Mileage can be found under the Expenses and Bills section.

Here's how to review last year's information for Expenses and Invoices:

1. Navigate to the Reports section in the left navigation panel.  

2. Select Standard reports from the options.  

3. In the search bar, type Transaction Detail by Account.

4. Under the Report period, adjust the date range to Last year.  

5. Click Customize in the top right corner, then select Filter.  

6. In the first dropdown menu, choose the transaction type.  

7. In the next dropdown, select either Expense or Invoice.

To view the previous year's mileage, follow these steps:

1. Go to All apps on the left navigation bar and select Expenses & Bills.
2. Choose Mileage.
3. In the Tax Year dropdown, select Custom date and enter the start and end dates to view a list of trips taken during that time.

Once these steps are complete, you will see a filtered list or detailed report on your screen containing only the data from the previous calendar year.
