Plugin to Send XML Invoices

Hi,

I'm looking to receive XML invoices (into my corporate finance system) from my small suppliers who use quickbooks.  Can I ask my suppliers to configure quickbooks to send invoices via XML or will I need to write a plug-in or something for them to add-in?

I am trying to avoid having to manually key-in tens of thousands of invoices from PDFs

Dave

Hey Dave,

You can have your software development team check out our Intuit Developer page - here you are able to build and implement an app with QuickBooks Online

Thanks

Hi dmch2

You will have to incorporate a 3rd Party app, if one is available, try the app section from within the product or apps.intuit.com

Hi John,

Thanks.  I can see there are a number of EDI apps in apps.intuit.com which look promising.  however, I'm concerned that they would mean my suppliers each having to pay for their own copy of the plug-in though.  Could I develop my own plug-in and give that to my (many) suppliers instead?

We have our own software development team here but we don't have familiarity with developing specifically for quickbooks.

Thanks

Dave
