If you still wish to get in touch with one of our customer care representatives, you’ll need to reach out to them. Here’s how:

1. Go to the (?) Help menu.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter a brief discussion of your concern then proceed with Let’s talk.
4. Choose either Start a chat (if you preferred messaging) or Get a callback.

You can also see this article for additional details: QuickBooks Online Support.

I’d also encourage checking our QuickBooks Support page for your future reference. We have articles that you can utilize to learn your ways around QBO. If you wish to browse for US articles, simply change the flag to the United States to load US articles.

I’ll be around if you have any other questions or concerns in choosing the right version of QBO. Leave a reply below with more details about it and I’ll be sure to answer them for you. Keep safe, and take care.
