I have given the examination for QuickBooks online certification and QuickBooks advanced certification but can't find my certificate after downloading it. need help

When I download it it shows a WhatsApp file. Do anybody have any suggestion. how to resolve it.

Is anyone having trouble navigating around QBO lately? Not sure if there has been an upgrade, but wanted to save and close out of AP bill. Same bill remains.

You cannot exit out of existing bill on screen. Then it goes back to home screen of Client, instead of the Bill's Supplier screen.

Creating a purchase order I used to select items I wanted to order from my lists, recenrly my drop down for items has dissapeared altogether. How do I fix this?

Only left with category, description, cost and tax. Have tried to find a setting to fix but left with no options, even the drop down at end of row only offers the colums already there.

Is anyone else getting error messages when they update invoices. I can't edit invoice because of the error that keeps appearing. I have un installed and re installed.

Getting very annoyed because it makes the app completely useless if i can't edit invoices on the go.

In Payroll, bpay option is there but cannot be used.

I have just one employee I need to pay and I added the payrun. Then this gave me an option to select ABA or BPay. I added Bpay. Then I rang the customer service who advised that there is no such option except to use bpay for paying super. My question is why not? And if that is not the functionality then why don't you say so in the application?

The new mobile update is crap. I can no longer simply copy last weeks invoice, change the date and send it. I have to update totals and gst rate each time?

Why cant they just leave it alone?

Intuit quickbooks treats transfers between Commbank Savings and Transaction account as Owners Drawings ? Every transaction shows either trans TO or trans FROM SAVINGS?

There has to be a simple way to match these transfers ? I created multiple rules to search for transfer or trans but that doesn't work.
