the new ebay connector is causing errors

Errors with currency processing often occur due to incorrect settings or mismatched configurations between eBay and QBO. I recommend contacting our support team so they can review your account and identify the cause of the incorrect currency issue.

Here's how:

1.  In your QBO account, click the Help (?) button.
2. Click the Search tab, enter Contact us on the search bar.
3. Click Contact Us.
4. Select either Callback for us to contact you.
