Yes, you can get a callback by navigating the Help menu in your QuickBooks account.
Here's how:
Click the Help (?) icon located at the top right of your screen, beside the Gear icon.
Choose the Search tab and click the Contact Us button below.
Enter the details of your concern in the box, then click Continue.
Select Callback.
