I know this is going nowhere, but it's exhausting, I feel exhausted. I just want to quickly use Quickbooks to quickly do some bookkeeping but every time I sign in it's a visual cluster#ck of nonsense. This is software I pay hundreds of dollars to use! It's essentially a marketing platform with bookkeeping software buried somewhere inside. If you work at Quickbooks and hate this too, can you pass this screenshot onto someone who might, just for a second, imagine what it's like to be a customer right now. The modern web is terrible. I hate it all. Thank you for listening.

How to change phone number for my QuickBooks online?

How do you set up Tax and tax rate for Quarterly BIR taxes. I don't have option to select "Taxes" on the left hand side of QBO Menu, I only have "VAT" which I tried exploring but it only asks for frequency of filing and TIN, it did not ask for tax rate which supposed to be 8%. I'm using QBO Accountant PH.

Hi community, I have this product that I sell in large and small volumes; in pieces and in cartons.I mostly sell in cartons, each carton holds 12 units/pieces. Is there a way to set up the SKU such that when I record the sales quantity in cartons, it automatically records it as 12 units? Thanks

Hi. I need help with QBO. The owner doesn't remember the transactions that entered in his bank account. How should I categorize the transactions and close the books for 2023. It is a property management company using AppFolio and a lot of deposit and withdrawals can't be found on AppFolio and they cant even remember. How to categorized these. I need to close the books for 2023     

I want the inventory to be able to monitor the placements of tools in my workshop. For example, a toolbox came with wrench, plier and screw driver. Every morning, each mechanic will borrow a set of tools that he would use for his work and then return them in the evening. I want to find out which tool was not returned and who took it. Will I be able to do this monitoring in Quicbooks?

Hello, Im having major difficulty with quickbooks since the end of Oct and no resolution has been offered to me. My business has been suffering tremendously since then with entering our busiest period of the year. Im majorly stressed each day about it and all im been told is the engineers are working on it. Currently i cant print the below as the information is blank on the viewer & document. Only header & footer is showingCreditesDispatch NotesPurchase ordersQuotationsIve narrowed down the cause myself and its related to the font. The only reason i can print sales receipts and invoices still is that i could edit the font and this fixed the issue for these forms. I find it so hard to believe it can take months for the engineers to fix a font issue. For the first 4 weeks of my issue the customer service team didn't acknowledge my trouble. They kept telling me it was mac related use  download workaround and wait for an update. I contacted them 2-3 times to sen
