After the recent update all my products were categorised as Flat Rate. I cannot find where to change them to Products. Not in the app and not in the online Web version.

After the recent update all my products were categorised as Flat Rate. I cannot find where to change them to Products. Not in the app and not in the online Web version. What I today saw as first time that when creating a new item that I have to select either product or services. How can I edit existing items from Flat Rate to Product.

I need to speak with a QuickBooks representative. I’m having an issue updating my account address — I already changed it in the system, but it’s not being recognized correctly.

How do I input transactions for buying stocks or investing in mutual funds - expense or transfer?

Currently I have Mutual Funds and Stocks setup as Current Assets>Investments. When I purchase a fund with my bank account, should I use expense or transfer? How does it affect the profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow reports doing it one way or the other?

Has the IOS App lost much of its functionality recently or is this a temporary issue?
