Hello to whomever maybe able to help. I am currently unable to enter my country in the billing address to be able to subscribe to quickbooks online. The site will take me to "jersey" site but when I try to enter payment details, jersey is on no list. It is also not on the country list in the Europe section. If anyone knows a work around I can try, I would be most appreciative. Thanks, Tom

Hi there! I'm wondering if it's possible to add a second searchable date field to our invoices. We currently use the date function for the date the invoice is made (and would like to keep that), but would like a second date field for the date the invoice is due (which will be different for each invoice). We need both to be searchable fields! Thanks!

Can aQB's ProAdvisor based in the USA access a client"s QB's who is located in Chad and using QB's Plus?

Can a QB's ProAdvisor in the USA access a client's books in Chad? Client uses online QB's Plus.

I have a client who wants to merge his two business entities together.   Not talking about reporting but a full merger of accounts, assets and liabilities and such.  Any advice on how to do this and some things I should and should not do for tax purposes.

Working on books for 2019. Just reconciled 2/13/2019 Discover account with no problem. Reconciliation report has ending balance of $2026.66. I am trying to move to the next month, and it says opening balance is now $1539.43. ??? The report history still shows a balanced account with no changes. WHAT HAPPENED? What has caused this and how do I fix it?? Does it take awhile for report to update? Do I need to sign out and sign back in?  We are a small operation with fairly simple accounting. I just use this reconcile accounts. We don't bill and keep inventory in these books. Help please! I need to move on. Thanks for any help!!!
