I tried going to QB help and the person quit the help session w/o any notice. So....We are a consulting firm.  We give customers estimates.  They accept.  Employees enter time and select the Customer:Project when reporting their time.The issue happens when we go to create the invoice.  We need the employees time (which already includes a billable rate) to be subtracted from the estimate.  We need this for tracking how much is left on the estimate each month.I add the employees' entries to the invoice because it has a description of work performed, which is mandatory to ensure the time we are billing is legitimate.  But adding the time by line doesn't impact the estimate remaining amounts.We are on Quickbooks Plus - Subscription.

Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2020 install on updated Windows 10. I've added Customers and invoices. Want to email invoices, so attempted to set up email.Go To,   "Edit", "Preferences" and select "Send Forms" I Get a "qbmapi64" error box with "out of memory" message,   with only a selection of "OK".I then get the Quickbooks - Unrecoverable  window to send a report to QB. Then it shuts down QB completely.I've run QB tool hub against the program, to no avail. I've run Regedit and changed my HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\SubSystems changed my Windows\SharedSection   value from 1024,20480,768  to  1024,[removed]. Please, if you have run into this, let me know if you have found a solution.

My Etsy transactions have stopped populating into quick books self employed on 2/9.  I’ve called support multiple times with no resolution. I was told me that they could escalate but it would take a long time to fix and refused to give me a timeframe.  Asked for a supervisor and did not receive a call back, as promised.   I confirmed accounts are linked on both the Betsy and Quickbooks sides.

I need to check invoices issued for one particular client over a given period of time. How can I do that?

I currently have Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2024. What happens in 2027 when the service is discontinued? Will I have the option to use Desktop Pro Plus or Desktop Premium. I don’t want to move to QB online. 

I have QB Desktop 2024 and I have noticed that the font size for the "Ending Balance $$$$.$$" is very small. Is there a fix for this or is this a bug that needs to be reported?

Hello,I know how to view inactive customers and make them active.  However, I have so many it takes forever to load and QBO often crashes.  And I have to restart.  Is there any other way to do this?  By searching perhaps?

My customers sometime issue POs (Purchase Orders) with due dates in the future. I build an invoice and as days go by I try to look up any orders that are do. This process is far from ideal, and I can miss order ship dates. Can Quickbooks Desktop pro notify me when it is time to ship an order to a customer? Something like an email or text a couple of days prior to the desired ship date would be ideal. That notice would include the invoice number and date required. Possible?

Today the EDIT button is disappearing on the CUSTOMER view of QuickBooks Online. Normally I can select a Customer and Edit their information by clicking the EDIT button.   Today, when I select a Customer, the EDIT button is shown for a fraction of a second and then it disappears. I do not know how else to edit Customer information.   The attached image has a red circle where the EDIT button usually is.   Is anyone else having this problem? [Screenshot with PII removed]  

Is anyone else having trouble not being able to add a new customer or edit a current customer?

Quickbooks is suppose to send a 1099-K every year and I believe they walked me through finding it on-line and printing it, but I have been unable to find it again this year.

My template subject line for invoices has been changed to random subject lines, such as: Your invoice is ready! Pay this invoice, Amount: I send batch invoices and cannot figure out how to turn the AI feature off. Help!!!!! Please.

Hi, is there a way to pull customer information onto a payment link so that it's prefilled when sent to a customer?They are using QuickBooks Online

I have been using quickbooks for over 25 years and done almost 27,000 invoices. I am a small company and like to keep things fast and simple. The current shipping manager has been just fine all these years. When quickbooks tried to force us to use the new shipping manager earlier in the year it was useless. Obviously they knew this because they have extended the start date about 6 months, I guess to iron out the wrinkles, now there is a new start date showing it will convert over next week. I tried it for the heck of it and it is still far from ready. As for making it easier, that is a joke. And of course trying to get support from quickbooks about it is useless. I tried this last week and the tech admitted to me that they know nothing about it. She tried to help me and she was learning right along side of me and finally told me it was a shipstation issue and I should contact them. Error: e is not a function. (In 'e(n)', 'e' is undefined) error when attempting to use the Export > To Quickbooks Online function from QB 2020 on a mac. Haver Rebuilt and Verified data and relaunched QB. Still error. Thanks. 

We have not been able to use the new Shipping module in QBDT since we were forced onto the new module a few months ago. It doesn't recognize our Stamps.com account, or our FedEx account (even though we set them up using QBs instructions). Now I have to use separate applications to manage my shipments!  Please at least let us access the previous version until you get the new one working for everyone. I am very unhappy with this.
