Can I enter handwritten payroll checks to my online QB?

Statement of Activity Report prints in alpha order, Statement of Activity Report Detail prints in a different order

I have a customer and then a subcustomer.  I created an invoice under the subcustomer and then when the customer paid the payment was accidentally applied to the customer instead of the subcustomer.  The invoice shows as paid; however, in the total column of the subcustomer it still shows the balance there for that invoice.  How do I get this balance out of that total column?  The other factor that may hamper this is that the invoice was from about two years ago...Any assistance would be appreciated! Thank you!

is there a way to manually add additional match amount for a 401k to an employee

when when trying to 'pay bills' QBO 1) froze up, I had to force quit  when I logged back in and tried again to 'pay bills' QBO2) does not allow me to select an account from which to pay a bill, when I use the drop down arrow nothing happens, none of my bank accounts how up! Anybody having this problem and how can I get this resolved?Thank you!

I have multiple companies I do bookkeeping for with my QB desktop. Recently I'm having issues emailing from QB for only 1 of those companies. I am able to use the same program to email for the other companies and my partner can email invoices for this company with his computer. Has anyone ever had a similar issue and if so, how did you fix it?

We are looking for a third party payment option that integrates with QBO.  NOT interested in QBs Payments.  We want a platform that gives the customers an option to pay online or with a credit card but THEY pay the fee.  Anyone have a good experience with any payment platforms?

My Sales by Customer Detail report shows correct data and formatting on the screen but it will not print or export the same.  I have the report grouped by Sales Tax Name, I have updated my Chrome browser, and ran it Incognito with no luck. The original data shown had incorrect sales tax details.  I updated each transaction to reflect the correct sales tax item.  I have saved this report and updated it and it still prints with the original old data.

I am currently handling the books for a property rental company and the owners personal finances as well. He has QB Pro 2013 installed on his desktop and on his laptop. I basically just use the checkbook register to class income and expenses, reconcile bank statements and generate 1099's at year end. I then send to his CPA and they handle his tax returns. I am reaching out to see what options would be available to me if I were to purchase a newer version of QB Pro, and I would also want to install on my laptop as well. I am the only one who ever accesses QB on his devices, there are no other users involved. I am not interested in online versions of QB.Any help would be appreciated.Thank you,TLP1961
