Hi!We are using QB Desktop Enterprise 23 on our Virtual Machine for an accountant. To be able to keep the "golden image" for this VM i want to install update "en_qbwebpatch.exe" in silent unattended mode. I can do this for general QB installer but not for "en_qbwebpatch.exe". Is there a way to install update via "en_qbwebpatch.exe" in silent unattended mode?Thanks,Artem

I'm losing my ever-living mind here. I can't for the life of me figure out how to cancel my QB Desktop Payroll subscription. I cancelled my QB Desktop subscription, yet Intuit continues to bill my card for Payroll services I can't possibly use. When I log into the account online it gives me no options to cancel payroll. When I try to access the instructions through the desktop app, I get a totally-unhelpful error 557 (presumably because I no longer have a Desktop subscription). I've already switched to a new provider for payroll. I just need this stupid service stopped. Why does it have to be so difficult?
We have single user QuickBooks 2013 Desktop Pro system installed on one of our computers. That computer is due to be replaced with a newer model in the near future. Is there a way we can move QuickBooks 2013 from the current machine to the new one? I checked under File/Utilities, but there is no option listed there for "Move QuickBooks to Another Computer." I assume that this function was not available in QB 2013, which is why it does not appear on the drop-down menu. Is there another way we can accomplish the computer move for QB 2013? Also, I understand that QB 2013 is not compatible with Windows 10. Is that correct? If so, it may not run on the new machine which, of course, will have Windows 10 as the OS. Thanks very much for any assistance you can offer with these questions.

Up until today, images were always available on the right hand side via a link that made matching fairly seamless. Today, it shows there is an attachment and it shows a jpg. file however there does not seem to be a link anywhere or a setting to add a column that I can find yet that gives access the file(s).
I am specifically NOT asking about sharing with my Accountant. I need to share these reports with the other employees defined as users in the QBO file.

In the new banking page, if I click inside the "paper clip" column on the number (the number of attachments), it will open a popup window show the Attachments List. However, I cannot click on any of those transactions to actually view the attachment. For example, I want to view a check image. A week ago this was working just fine. Now it is broken. I have to revert back to the old banking page to view check images. I've tried to report this to tech support and am not getting anyone to take me seriously. All they tell me is that this feature is working as designed, which is impossible. Obviously it is a necessary feature to be able to view the image of a check, and the inability to do so would be, in my view, a critical bug that should create a high degree of urgency within Intuit. Yet they do nothing. Tech support says the feature was removed in the last update, and it is working as designed. I ask if there is anyway to escalate the issue, and they assure me there is nothing furth
I don't want Workforce available to my employees. I've entered all their e-mail addresses in their employee files and don't want to delete them.Is there a way to opt out of Workforce as the employer?
On the other templates, we have always been able to rename the document. for example, changing 'estimate' to 'proforma invoice' or otherwise. can this be done on the new modernized design template or are we stuck using the old templates until intuit adds that (or more likely never does).
I am in need of an expert. Someone who knows how to really solve a problem.I've spent literally 20 hours working with Quick via chat, on the phone, via the uploads for support - and no progress on our account. Our master admin died and we don't have the password for our desktop 2020 version. So I tried (5 times) to get the admin rights changed to my name. But now I"m told the company name does not match. This is incredibly frustrating. The old password was buried with our deceased Master admin. We have no idea how our license is not in the right company name. So, how can this be fixed? I need a human to help me. A MANAGER. With authority. I'm getting close to taking my complaint to twitter and the BBB. Pls adviseThanksTodd

I am working on California Sales and Use taxes. The automated sales taxes feature is neat. However it forces you to "back out" figures when filling out the Schedule A on the CDTFA's website when using the Sales Tax Liability report. Is there a way to have QBO account for this and produce an un-incorporated county line? Otherwise you have to research what county is city is in. See attached picture.
Need help! We have an authorized user who has printed checks for over a year and suddenly gets a message that she is not authorized to print them and to ask the administrator to add them.I checked and she has full access.What has changed?!

One day my employee came in and attempted to log into one of our company files. It starts to log in after she enters username and password, but before anything can load, Quickbooks crashes and closes. She is able to log into all of our other company files without a problem. I found if I duplicate her user and delete her old user she is able to log in again with the new credentials. However, the very next day the same problem happens with the new user, so I am now coming in every morning and creating her a new user so she can log into the file. We are using Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise 24.0. I confirmed with her that she is closing every window before clicking File > Close Company/Logoff. I don't think it's the role assigned either because I have other employees with the same role assigned who are not having this problem. I've tried adding her with her email and without it. I have given her a different username every time. I'm stumped at this point.
Where do I find the directions of how to use the Linked Sales Orders with PO's? It seems to be too new for Intuit to add it to the help files.
We had a customer put a stop payment on an already deposited check, which of course, was last month and the deposit has already been reconciled. We have the new check and I need to know what to do now so our reconciliation isn't messed up! Thank you!
