Help Chat Window

The help chat window won't stay closed.  It reopens itself immediately after closing it.  Suggestions?

Those options are not available.  When I call the help line I'm told that the wait time will be 35 to 45 minutes.  I've already left several messages.  I'm done.  In 45 minutes I can find a new timesheet program.

 So I’ve been trying to process my customers credit card and people are trying to send money in and they can’t because QuickBooks is not allowing the transit action keeps getting canceled I can’t talk to nobody on the phone this is absolutely ridiculous they try to run a business with QuickBooks QuickBooks

This isn't the kind of experience we want you to have while processing customers' payments in QuickBooks, @Shotgun73. With this, I'm here to guide you on the actions you need to help take care of this matter.

 

Since the Community is a public forum, and we'll need to collect some personal information to pull up your account, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team. They can securely check why customers' credit card and money in transactions keeps getting cancelled and guide you with a fix.

 

You can refer to this article for the step-by-step guide: Contact Payments or Point of Sale Support. Please choose your product (i.e., QuickBooks Online with Payments & Merchant Service Center or QuickBooks Desktop with Payments) so you can have the appropriate steps.

As an initial troubleshooting step, I recommend restarting your computer and then try to access your Desktop account once more.

 

If you're still unable to open the program you'll need to contact the Desktop Support Team. Agents have the necessary tools to determine what's causing the system to not open properly for you. Here's how to get in touch with the team: QuickBooks Support

Can Quickbooks 2022 Decktopp run on 4GB memory?

I’m here to share information about the requirements to run QuickBooks Desktop 2022, @ccrudup.


QuickBooks Desktop 2022 requires a 64-bit Windows operating system. With this, it needs a minimum memory of 8 and recommends 16GB.

I cannot get by registration number and product number to be accepted by QB to complete my installation. I am psoitive I have the correct numbers but am installing in a new computer and maybe that is why. ...??? How do I complete the installation ?

If the product won't install on your computer, it may be because the product number is inactive. 

 

You'll need to contact our Customer Support Team for this situation. The reason is because one of our agents can review your product number and ensure it's showing active on our back end.
