Is anyone else having issues getting in T Sheets?

Is anyone else experiencing issues getting in T sheets today? We are trying to run payroll and we can’t login and when we try and call support it says the office is not open call during normal business hours and hangs up on us. It’s 9AM our time right now so 7AM where the office is located and they open at 5AM Monday through Friday so the office should not be closed.

It's understandable to feel a sense of urgency when login issues block your payroll processing and support is unavailable. Could you please share if there's a particular error message when logging in? Please know our Community page is always open to help. One of our experts will reach back out once we receive your reply.
 

In the meantime, you can access QuickBooks Time sign-in page using an incognito window or a different browser to see if it's a browser-related issue, or process your payroll directly through your QuickBooks Online account.

 

The Intuit Expert help line may still be closed at 7 AM due to a time zone mismatch, as our support schedule is based on Pacific Time (PT). Depending on your location, 7 AM might fall before the operating hours.
