how to export a full business summary report?

QuickBooks Online Solopreneur doesn’t currently have a complete report export feature. However, you can still access and export your business data using the built-in Profit & Loss report or by filtering your transactions.

To view and export a summary of your business income, expenses, and profit, follow these steps:

1. Go to Reports.
2. Select Profit & Loss and choose your desired date range.
3. Click the Print or Export icon in the upper-right corner to save or share your data.

To review details for particular income or expense categories:

1. Go to Transactions.
2. Click the Filter icon beside the Search transactions bar.
3. Filter the Date and Category, then click Apply.
