Is there a report that shows the last time a customer purchased from us, like a customer purchase history type report?

Many thanks

You can run the Transaction List by Customer report and customise it to see the recent purchases, Debbie. Let me walk you through the process.

Here's how:

Go to Reports.
Type Transaction List by Customer in the search bar, then press Enter.
In the Report period, select the date range of the transactions to display the most recent customer purchase.
Run the Report.

Here's a helpful link if you need more information on how to generate a report: Run a report in QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, you have the option to memorise the report to preserve its current customisation. This can save you time in the future.

Feel free to reach out with any further questions regarding the customer purchase report in QBO. I'm here to assist you. Take care.
