Sometimes I have a simple job that turns into a larger project so I'd like to add the stand alone estimate I prepared to project that I started after the initial estimate was sent in.Is there any way to do this without starting a new project and creating a new estimate inside it?

Bad enough it didn't work the first time, this query was responded to by QBO offering the same instructions, where the heck is AI when you need it?
Physically receive items on 1 day, but invoice date is from when the items left the vendors place of business, not when we received them.
Is there a faster way to get invoices to print? my current method requires a clickthrough of selecting -Print or Preview, - confirm print or preview, -open(or download), go to download, open downloaded pdf to separate browser window, click the print button and then confirm print properties to printer of choice.Looking for more of a "click printer icon to send to printer" kind of solution
It was there last week now it’s gone and I work off my phone so it’s super annoying
why is not delivered through email (th client email is correct)
I have already successfully imported hundreds of invoices but am now receiving this erro message. I have rebuild the .csv file from scrath, suggested by other community members. I have 980 lines of data (less than the 1000 max). Also, I have tested the just importing one invoice and am getting the same error message. What do I do?
I see that individual sales from my Shopify store are recorded in Quickbooks, and recorded to an "undeposited funds" account. Then, I will get a deposit (less fees) for credit card transactions from Shopify, and also deposit cash received from Sales in my bank account. How can I reconcile all of this, and account for the credit card processing/Shopify fees?
I have to crop every single receipt snap image regardless of having everything lined up before taking the picture. Always shows about 20% of the receipt at the top right corner.
I am trying to write off invoices to bad debts using the write off invoice function in accountant tools. QBO records the amount of the write off as a discount to the date of the original invoice. I want the date of write off to be the date of my choosing, i.e. year end, similar to the way it is done in QB desktop
I can see the green rectangle around my receipt on the screen, but when I click on Take photo, the photp has the same size as the green rectangle, but the contents are considerably shifted, so only a small portion of the receipt is visible.
On the main Customer tab, where it lists the Customer/Company info like the billing address, shipping address, phone numbers, etc.... there are several dropdowns for choosing the type of contact information. Is there a way to edit these dropdowns so we can make them more specific for us? Example, I'd like to have one email field says "PM email", another say "A/P email". I just don't want to have to remember that we always put the PM email in the "main email" and A/P email in the "cc email". With several people inputting and editing this info if one person doesn't remember what goes where, things get mixed up, so more specific names would be very helpful to us. Thanks!
Invoice 1 is for 30,000. due on completion. I had to subcontract for some of the items in Invoice 1. The subcontractor needed immediate payment. Do I need to show the relationship between Invoice 1 and the subcontractor that I paid?
I am having difficulty adding my credit card. How do I go about it?
