My client has QB Online Plus and there is no option to set up automatic late fees on customer invoices. However, when I go back to the Accountant page, I can set it up?

Everything I've read online says I should be able to set it up for my client, but there is no Late Fee option in the Settings.

I have a Chequing that is linked to my bank, but isn't an option when receiving payment in mobile app. My bank is connected on the mobile app. Any idea how to fix this?

Since the recent update, I am unable to find the deposit accounts that I created to select when receiving payment on my mobile device. The default ones are the only ones available; "undeposited funds" etc. I had created a "Chequing" which is linked to my bank account, but it is not an option in the drop down menu when receiving payment in the mobile app. My bank still appears to be connected on the mobile app as it is up to date on my account balances.

I accidentally entered a sales receipt instead of using receive payments for a customer.  The payment has already been deposited to the bank, and bank reconciliation completed.  The customer account still shows the invoice as "owing".Is there a way to fix this without affecting my bank rec?

Can I convert a customer in QBO Accountant into a client (so I can add a QBO subscription)? My CCH iFirm billing module creates a QBO customer when it synchs.

QBO customers can't have QBO subscriptions - only QBO clients can.

How to automatically close the invoice after payment

since the update when I use the payment key in the customers invoice to apply the customers payment to that invoice, after i complete and close the payment the invoices still shows.  Before the invoice would close too once paid.  Is there a way to turn this back on?
