Can projects be set up by customer only?

In the new experience of Quickbooks online I am wondering why projects MUST be assigned to a customer? This seems extremely silly. I would like to track projects with entries to/from multiple customers. Is there no option for this?

last week I could still click on manager and then select send later today when I went to do an invoice it wouldn't even let me click on manage. What is happening to QBO?

My client has QB Online Plus and there is no option to set up automatic late fees on customer invoices. However, when I go back to the Accountant page, I can set it up?

Everything I've read online says I should be able to set it up for my client, but there is no Late Fee option in the Settings.

I have a Chequing that is linked to my bank, but isn't an option when receiving payment in mobile app. My bank is connected on the mobile app. Any idea how to fix this?

Since the recent update, I am unable to find the deposit accounts that I created to select when receiving payment on my mobile device. The default ones are the only ones available; "undeposited funds" etc. I had created a "Chequing" which is linked to my bank account, but it is not an option in the drop down menu when receiving payment in the mobile app. My bank still appears to be connected on the mobile app as it is up to date on my account balances.

Upload a pdf receipt rather than a photo?

I've got a pdf receipt but there's no way to upload it unless I screenshot it and send a photo of the pdf. A massive pain.
