Bank Connectivity

Hi.
I'm having an issue getting transactions from my bank (Barclays, UK). When I go to transactions it says "All caught up!". But I know there are transactions outstanding. If I click Manage connections under the link account and choose Barclays, it shows the correct bank balance (different to the balance in the dashboard) but in US dollars not sterling, and says on the left that it is checking - it's been doing this since yesterday, 6th Feb.
There doesn't seem to be a means to disconnect and try connecting to the bank again. I've also checked on Barclays' website for any technical issues they may be having but nothing there.
