Can not access estimates or invoices

Went in to bill my customer before delivering and I get a message that validation is no good.  QB Online will not let me access any estimates at all.

This is unbelievable!

I had an issue not a minute ago where, when trying to access invoices or estimates it would simply show “validation failed” in red at the top. I believe the issue started when I used Intuit intelligence for the first time to create an invoice. I went into the audit log (gear icon at the top right) and changed the invoice number for the invoice that it made, and now there is no more error. I don’t know what the problem was or what I did to fix it, but I don’t have an error. Hope this helps, sorry for not having any better info.

Your feelings are valid. Issues such as being unable to access estimates can be caused by the browser's stored cache. To rule this out, I recommend performing troubleshooting steps.
