How do i chage invoices

Hello there, @woodleycourt.

You'll have to create an invoice in QuickBooks Online. Let me guide you how.

1. Go to the +New icon.
2. Under Customer, click Invoice.
3. Fill in the information needed.
4. Click Save and send.

Once the customer pays you for an open invoice, you need to enter Receive Payment. Please follow the steps below.

1. Select the + New button.
2. Under Customer, choose Receive Payment.
3. Select the donor.
4. Under Outstanding Transactions, choose the invoice.
5. Select Save and close or Save and new.
