Question

How to Get Intuit to Fix a Problem

I have documented a problem in which QB is randomly adding 20% to supplier invoices from time to time. This has caused me to overpay a supplier. QB are refusing to take this seriously, closed the first ticket without fixing the problem and are now wasting my time demanding I try on multiple browsers - which will not help identify an intermittent and rare issue.  Why don’t they take a catastrophic problem seriously and how can i get them to do something?
