We currently have an ongoing investigation into why you can't connect your Virgin Money bank in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Our engineer is currently working on it. We appreciate your patience as we investigate this further.
For now, I'd recommend you contact our QuickBooks Support Team so that they can add you to the list of affected users. This way, you'll get notified once there's a fix or an update about this issue.
I normally print my invoices off at the end of my financial year. I decided to do this today so I can beat the January 31st deadline. April 2022 to September 2022 are now missing.
How do I resurrect them ? Time is very important now.
