This issue can occur when the template used for the affected invoice is damaged. I recommend switching to a different invoice template or creating a new one.
Follow these steps to change the invoice template:
Open the affected invoice and select Manage to open the invoice settings.
Scroll to the Design section and choose a different invoice template. Note: If you want to create a new template, select Add/Edit next to Other templates.
Select Review and send to save your changes.
Select Send invoice.
If the same issue occurs after changing the invoice template, I recommend contacting our Intuit Experts. They can review your account, investigate the issue further, and provide additional solutions.
