Our team is currently reviewing all the details regarding this matter to ensure we resolve it for you. I recommend contacting our Intuit Experts for real-time updates and additional information.

In the meantime, you can upload or attach receipts directly from your device instead of using the Capture/Snap Receipt feature. Here’s how:

  1. Open the QuickBooks Online mobile app.
  2. Select the Menu ≡ icon.
  3. Tap Expenses.
  4. Choose the expense you wish to attach the receipt to.
  5. Press Add notes or attachments to add a photo of the receipt.
  6. Select Choose from Library to upload an image from your device.
  7. Exit the screen, and your changes will be saved automatically.

For further details, please refer to this article: Attach receipts to expenses in the QuickBooks Online mobile app. Although it is from a different region, the steps apply perfectly to your situation.
