The most common reasons for missing receipt history are an incorrect date filter, unreviewed status, a sync delay, or accidental deletion. To help us check this further, are you missing receipt images you uploaded via the app, bank feed transactions, or both?
Here are a few solutions to locate them:
Solution 1: Check your date range filter in your QuickBooks
Go to the Accounting menu and select Bank Transactions.
Look for the date filter at the top of the page.
Change it to All Dates or expand the range to cover the period you're looking for.
Your receipts and purchase history should reappear.
Solution 2: Check the For Review tab for uploaded receipts. If you used Receipt Snap, your uploads may still be waiting for review:
Go to the Accounting menu and select Receipts.
Check the receipt in the For Review tab since any unprocessed receipts will be here.
Then, click the Reviewed tab for receipts already added to your books.
Solution 3: If the specific transactions are still missing, you can use the Audit Log to track all activity, including changes and deletions, for up to two years:
Go to Settings and select Audit Log.
Use the Date and Events filters to search for the period in question.
