When I try to carry forward a 2020 file I get an error code that says:
Exception: Invalid form no; GroupName=T114Owners,GroupID=607, index=0,_groups.Count=0
Is anyone else getting this error? I called support and they told me to reinstall which I did, and run as administrator, which I did and it is still happening. This needs fixed NOW!! It's tax time people
I don't think I've gotten this particular message recently, but I've already been getting "Access Violation" messages this tax season (see my recent posts).
Over a week ago I called support, reinstalled Profile, ran as administrator and I'm still having plenty of annoying problems which soon might lead to erroneous tax returns.
I'm afraid that'll be next. I reinstalled and ran as administrator and didn't make one bit of difference. This needs fixed. Does support even read these problems?
