It may be a browser related issue, we would be grateful if you can clear the cache and cookies in your browser or use a private/incognito window,
I have deleted cookies and cache from chrome and the link does not work. However, it does work from an incognito window.
Can I please confirm whether an alternative browser has been tested other than your standard browser? Do you have another computer you can test?
Thank you for your help. I cleared out everything from my cookies. Once I had restarted my laptop it is now working.
