What is happening when you are connecting with HSBC on open banking do you get an error?
Is this with HSBC NET or HSBC business banking?
It is because of the change to open banking with HSBC and QB’s inability to find a software solution to open banking.
Following a “HSBC connection problem” thread on here, I deleted the account and then re-connected it.
I wish I hadn’t!
I now have to reset ALL my rules and redo ALL my accounts and settings.
Some of my data is now doubled. Which no means about 5 days work!
