Emailed report showing wrong data when compared to running it manually

I have a report showing daily sales with ONLY Transaction Type showing for Sales Receipt, Sales Refund, Invoice Credit Note - basically I want to see Daily sales. The report that is emailed contains other transactions.....however when I view the report manually it shows correctly. There is also no way to edit the email process and the help guidance no longer is correct Anybody else having these issues

Hi ShopAdmin We appreciate that you're running a daily sales report however we presume this is a customised report, what is the actual report that you use before the customisation?

Hi ShopAdmin There are a number of transaction reports, is it a transaction list by date and then you're customising/filtering the report?

Hello ShopAdmin, 

 

Thanks for coming back to us and for the screenshot, 

 

If you go to the main dashboard and then cogwheel you could have a look in the audit log to see what the original report was c alled that you changed the name of.

So I am the sysadmin of the system and I get this message.

 

I give up.....  The system does not work and wastes double the time it is designed to try and save

 

Yet again....it only work for a small business with say 20 invoices a month...
