Can you attach a document when sending an invoice?

Hello JP512,

You are not able to Attach items to be sent along with the invoices to the customer. The workaround for this would be to Export the Invoice to PDF using the Print/Preview button and downloading the invoice and saving it.

You'd then have to send this email manually to the customer, and attach the attachment to your email sent outside of the product.

This is something that's worthwhile feeding back directly to our development team, and is done using the Cog Wheel - Feedback.

Can you attach a document when sending an invoice?

Hi arron1,

You are able to attach files up to 25 MB - simply open the invoice and scroll to 'Attachments' the drag/and drop or browse the file to attach.

Thanks

Can you attach a document when sending an invoice?

Yes, but when you send the invoice to the customer the attachment does not also get sent to the customer, only the invoice.  How do you get BOTH the invoice AND the attachment to be emailed to the customer?
