I imported an .iif file into Quickbooks Enterprise Solutions Desktop and need a solution on how to either delete the import or reverse it... The import is deposits for rental income and I have mistakenly imported this file into the wrong Quickbooks account. (We have 3 different accounts/companies). Any solutions on how to undo this or reverse it? Thanks!

You've got the right support to help you with managing your imported files, @nickidehan,
Importing IIF files or data in QuickBooks Desktop is an irreversible process. If you made a mistake and want to remove the transmitted data, there are a lot of ways to correct these entries.
You can either delete them one at a time, restore a backup copy dated before the import happened or use a third-party tool to remove them for you.
I've listed the solutions below, so you can choose which way you'd go for:
Solution 1: Manually deleting transactions, or lists.
Solution 2: Find the most recent backup of the company file prior to the import and restore it. For the steps to find our backup and how to restore it, refer to the links below:
Solution 3: Find a third-party deleter app. Click this link to our app website to pick the right tool for you: Apps for QuickBooks Desktop.
Let me know if you have any additional questions about this. I'll be right here to help you anytime. Have a lovely day!

How can we reverse all bills imported if it is over 1000 items, i cannot do it one by one. It seems qbo has taken the important features and replaced them with useless ones.
I recognize your want of the feature to reverse imported bills in QuickBooks Online by batch, Annie. I'm here to share some thoughts about it and an alternative to do this.
Bills imported into QBO are irreversible; you can only delete them manually. You do it from your Chart of Accounts (COA) or the Bills section. I'll show you how:
To delete from COA:
1. Open the Accounting menu.
2. Go to Chart of Accounts.
3. Locate the Accounts payable account where the bill is added.
4. Click on Account history.
5. Locate the bill to revert and click on it.
6. Hit Delete, then Yes.
To delete from Bills page.
1. Open the Expenses menu.
2. Select Bills.
3. Navigate either to the For review, Unpaid, or Paid tab.
4. Locate the bills you want to erase.
5. Click on the ACTION drop-down.
6. Choose Delete bill.
See this guide for more details on how to manage bills in QBO: Enter and manage bills and bill payments in QuickBooks Online.
Furthermore, I suggest looking for a third-party deleter tool that can be integrated with QBO and has the capability of reverting/erasing imported bills.
