How can i check what transaction have accured from another log in?

Hi Scott29, you can review actions by different users in the Audit Log session of your QBO file. Here I found a link that might be useful for you:

I have had a look but cannot find anything the same??

It's possible that some users haven't created any transactions. Once a user created one, it will show on the Audit Log report.
