How do i activate view my paycheck?

After I have created the account and I sign in it simply says we weren't able to show your payroll info.  Refreshing your screen often fixes this problem.   

Refreshing does not fix the problem.  I have tried 3 different computers in case it was a hardware issue and have been trying for a week now in case the website was having difficulties.  My company is saying we are the only one with this problem and it must be an error on my side.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We need to gather your company and employee information. To do that, I recommend contacting our Payroll Team so they can verify the email address and login info of your employees.

Need Assistance

My Employer has sent me an invitation to view my paystubs on line.  I have attempted to follow all the prompts but I keep getting an error saying "there is problem on our end".  I am prompted to get another verification code and do the process all over again.  I do and get the same message.  Its a never-ending loop and still unable to set up my account and view my stubs.  

 

can someone offer some guidance?

Employee had worked for another company that used Intuit on-line Payroll and had access to pay stubs's on-line. Now he cannot sign in to our Intuit on-line pay stubs, message is because he was already enrolled with another company. How do we get them enrolled?  Thank you

Let me help you fix your employee's login issue in their QuickBooks Workforce account. 

 

If your employee already has an existing workforce account, he can still accept another invite from you. All he had to do is provide the same email address he uses for his existing QuickBooks Workforce account.

 

If he has an account in QuickBooks Online (QBO), he needs you to use a different email address for his QuickBooks Workforce account. This can be the reason why he's getting the error message. 

 

However, if he isn't using QBO and still getting the same result, there may be an issue with the browser that he's currently using. To sort this out, you can ask him to log in to his account using a private window. This is a special mode in which the browser doesn't save your search and login history. 

 

Here's how:

 

  •  Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  •  Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
  •  Control + Option + P (Safari).

 

If he's able to sign in using his email address, then he can clear the cache in his web browser or use a different supported browser instead.

 

Once his Workforce account is set up, he can now view his pay stubs, W-2s, and personal info.

 

In case you need to create changes to your employee's account, you can follow the steps in Add or edit an employee.

These are some of the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).

Also, let's clear the cache. These are junk files on the browser that can cause issues. Lastly, make sure that you're using a supported browser.

 

I understand that you contacted our QuickBooks Workforce Support Team already. However, they are the ones who can do further research about this so you'll want to contact them again.

It keeps saying after logging in can not access pay stubs refreshing page often fixes the problem but it doesnt all my coworkers use iPhones to access this page and have luck I try and have no luck I’ve cleared cache etc and still no luck opened incognito page no luck emailed my employer no luck

There are additional troubleshooting steps you can try to isolate and fix the issue. Since clearing cache and accessing the account in incognito mode doesn't work, I recommend using another browser.

 

For iOS and Android devices, you can download the Chrome browser. Try logging into your account and check if the issue persists when viewing pay stubs.

 

Also, If you have access to a Windows computer, I suggest using the web browser. It will help us determine the cause of the error on your end.

Let's get you to log back into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.

 

It's a security feature for our users that you can trigger with several failed login attempts. In this situation, you can continue to log in via a captcha code that appears. 

 

If this doesn't work, please refer to this article: Reset your password or recover your user ID for QuickBooks Online. It's a list of steps you can take to create a new password.

Allow me to share some insights about this problem. The Workforce error "We weren't able to show your payroll info", is currently tagged as an ongoing issue for QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. Our engineers are working internally with the fixes so we can't provide the exact turnaround time on when this will be resolved.

 

We instead send live updates about the status of the investigation through email. To add your account to the notification list, please contact our Support Team.

 

Live Support are available from 6:00 AM until 6:00 PM on weekdays, and 6:00 AM til 3:00 PM on Saturday. If you can't reach us during this time, you can request a callback so you won't have to wait on the line.

 

Please provide the investigation number INV-44024 to our representatives.


Also, here are some workarounds recommended by our engineers. First, ensure there are no special characters in the employee's name. You can also try re-sending the invitation to a different email address.

I have an account and can sign in but i am still unable to see my paystubs. I know I’m connected to my employers account but for some reason im the only employee who cant view paystubs

In the meantime, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this. Let's start by accessing your account using a private browser. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, thus causing some errors and/or unusual responses. You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to prevent any unexpected behavior. Otherwise, you can use other compatible browsers in QBO.

Before that, can you share with me the exact message you receive when you view your paystub? I've checked the INV-44040 and it seemed that this investigation is for Bank Error 102.

 

If you're referring to INV-44024, I'd suggest reaching out to our Workforce Team. They'll be able to add you to the list of the affected user.

 

As a workaround, you can use a different supported browser to open the email invite. If the email invite expired, request for a new one from your employer.
