Regarding the solved status, you can click the button directly on the reply that says Accept as Solution.

 

If it isn't visible, click the three vertical dots (⋮) in the top right corner of a specific reply to access this option. This step will mark your concern as Solved.

Accept as Solution nor Resolve showed up when using either of the three dots when using reply while logged in.

@Bec11   It's not showing it, because your issue isn't the FIRST post to this thread.  That is the ONLY one that gets those options.  Had you started your own thread, instead of posting here, you would have the option to mark as solved.

If I may ask, have you tried opening the Community forum in an incognito/private window or another supported browser?

 

This step can help eliminate any potential issues caused by your regular browser cache or extensions, which may be interfering with the display of the Accept as Solution button.

 

If the buttons still don't appear, you can click the Cheer button on the reply to let my colleague know you agree with the steps provided.

Hello, @IO73. Are you receiving a specific error message or code when the program fails to open? For the time being, we can resolve most startup issues by using the QuickBooks Tool Hub to run the Quick Fix my Program tool. This will automatically shut down background processes and run a quick repair on the software. Refer to this article for more information: QuickBooks Desktop won't open.
