I lost my password app on my iPhone so I don't remember my passwords to my quickbook companies and, as a result am unable to sign in to them. How can I create new passwords to access my companies?
Thanks for posting in the Community, @Dw06261971. I'm here assist with getting you access to your accounts.
When a user is having trouble signing into their QuickBooks Online account, they can reset their password and/or have their ID sent to them. Here's how:
Enter the required information, such as phone number, email address or user ID and click Continue.
Follow on the instructions provided onscreen. Additionally, you'll receive an email with a password reset link if you have used your email address or user ID to verify the account.
For additional insight into this, such as what to do if you don't receive an email, please see the following article: I Forgot My User ID or Password.

Hello SvetlanaNY,
Error 1723 means that there is a problem with the Windows installer package. This may be caused by a damaged Windows installer. To fix this, perform the solutions in the order shown.
Solution 1: Edit the permissions in your Windows %temp% folder
On your keyboard, press the Windows key to bring up the search field.
Type %temp%, then press Enter. The Windows TEMP folder opens.
Open Properties.
For Windows 10, 8.1, and 8: Go to the Home tab, then select Properties.
For Windows 7: From the Organize drop-down, select Properties.
On the Properties window, go to the Security tab, then choose Edit.
Highlight your Windows username. Under the Allow column, put a check mark on Full Control.
I am haveing this same issue. I ran the diagnostic tool, I restarted the computer - nothing changed. Same error, and program will not run until the patch is installed.
Thank you for dropping by the Community. I’d be happy to help you with your e-service. Can you tell me a little more about what you're trying to accomplish? Which e-service? Do you need help setting them up? Are you getting an error message?

I can see how important it is to access your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) software and continue with your business, @dgkgfs.
QuickBooks recently release an update requiring users to update their software before logging in. This is to ensure your program is pack with the latest patches and fixes and to avoid any issues in the future.
If you don’t want to install these updates yet, you‘ll want to rename the folder of your QBDT downloaded file. You can follow this setup for a temporary workaround: "C:\ProgramData\Intuit\QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 21.0\Components\DownloadQB31"
Once you're done with your work, I recommend updating the software before logging off to your computer. This way, it’ll not prompt you to update it the next time you log in.
Here's how:
Go to the Help menu.
Select Update QuickBooks Desktop.
Go to the Update Now tab.
Select Get Updates to start the download.
Restart QuickBooks when the download finishes.
When prompted, accept the option to install the new release
In case you have other queries or questions in supervising your account, feel free to fill me in. I’ll be around to assist you. Keep safe and happy holidays!
I can not get in my QuickBooks company file. A message comes up saying that I have to install updated to Desktop 2020 program and when I say yes, it comes back saying it will shut down the system and it never does. I can't get it my company file. Please help me
When I am working in my program I often get a lockup where the whole program seizes and rather than the normal cursor a whirling ball of kind of rainbow colors takes over. I can do nothing but do a hard restart to get it away. I asked for help some months ago and a tech told me to to to rebuild data and then verify data. I’ve tried that numerous times but I keep getting the same issues b
