I can not get in my QuickBooks company file. A message comes up saying that I have to install updated to Desktop 2020 program and when I say yes, it comes back saying it will shut down the system and it never does. I can't get it my company file. Please help me

I'm trying to verify data and it's detecting an error. I tried to rebuild the data and reverify the data and still says it's corrupted. I'm trying to export my data to windows platform after the data is corrected.

When I am working in my program I often get a lockup where the whole program seizes and rather than the normal cursor a whirling ball of kind of rainbow colors takes over. I can do nothing but do a hard restart to get it away. I asked for help some months ago and a tech told me to to to rebuild data and then verify data. Cant log in to my online account. Have changed password twice and still says I need to contact customer support! We have enhanced payroll service.

I have qb pro desktop 2021. I did an update because qb prompted me to. Now when I restart it almost opens then shuts down completely. I can not get it to open. Did a restart.
