Good Morning,
I have been with QB for the last 8 months and since January my account doesn't seem to have been up dated even though I have invoiced and added payments.
is there anything I can do to update it myself?

Yes the main screen reports haven't been updated since December on my account.

Could you please let me know what option is currently selected for when these reports are running for, and try changing this option from the small drop down menu in the top right hand corner of the boxes?

Profits and Loss - shows nothing for last 3 months, last month and current month. however is does show figures for this tax year but only up to December (I've worked out the figures.
Invoices - are correct and shows all the invoices.
Expenses - are all correct.
Mileage - are all correct.
Estimated Tax - is incorrect because it isn't calculating the Jan, Feb and March invoices.
I'm not sure why it isn't calculating the profits and Losses.

If you could go to transactions instead on the left and then make sure the year is the same as the profit and loss and if you could send us a screenshot of that as an attachment that would great

On the self employed product, marking your invoices as paid does not post to your income - you also have to post the payment on your bank for the income to post. Could you please make sure you have done this?
