Let's first make sure to update the program to the latest release to ensure you can install any updates and maintenance releases.
Here's how:
- Go to: https://downloads.quickbooks.com/app/qbdt/products.
- Choose your country.
- Select a product.
- Choose your version.
- Click Search.
- .Click Download.
- When the download completes, double-click to install the update (please note you may need to restart Windows after the installation finishes).
