The management report section is not working I cannot generate a report?

Welcome aboard to the Intuit Community, JC87.

Let me help get the Management Report working again.

I've checked with my resources and we don't have any open tickets similar about this issue. I have a few easy steps to resolve this.

First, open QuickBooks in a private window or incognito mode. This turns off extensions and add-ons that interfere with the program.

Here are the shortcut keys for each browser:

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you can generate a report successfully via these sessions, clear the cache of your regular browser. This can help the application to run better on your computer.

I recommend running the Health Checkup tool to identify any issues with your browser's health.

Let me know how everything turns out or if you need any further assistance. I’ll be right here to help.
