I'm here to inform you about importing bank statements in Quickbooks Online (QBO), Aglio.
Currently, QBO doesn't support direct uploading of bank statement. As a workaround, you can
import bank transactions via a CSV file. Make sure to review the date of the oldest transaction in the account to avoid entering duplicates.
You'll also want to explore third-party apps that can assist you in importing your bank statement into the program. To do that:
- Go to Apps and select Find Apps.
- Search for a keyword in the search bar and press Enter.
- Select an app and click Get app now to integrate.
Additionally, it's a good practice to
reconcile your accounts monthly to ensure they correspond to your bank statements. Doing so guarantees that they are balanced and accurate.
