Hi Dilantha, Thank you for your interest in using e-invoicing in QuickBooks.

At the moment, we don't have any updates regarding electronic invoicing in the UAE. For the time being, I recommend using a third-party application to ensure compliance with the mandatory e-invoicing requirements for sales and services tax in your country.

Here's how:

  1. In QuickBooks Online, click on Apps
  2. Choose Find apps, then enter a keyword in the Search field.
  3. Pick the most suitable application.
  4. Select Get app now.

If you have any other questions related to invoices or any aspect of the program, feel free to ask. I'm here to help.

@Dilantha-Kumara

This is expected to be compulsory for B2B and B2G transactions by July 2026. I've advised my clients to wait until the end of March 2026 to make the final decision. If Intuit doesn't offer a solution by then, I'll advise them to switch to another program. They can purchase a 3rd party service to convert their data from QBO.
