Data not showing

Hi there, sachin1501.

Thank you for visiting again the QuickBooks Community. Let me provide instructions to ensure you can view your entries within three years in QuickBooks Online.

When you have multiple accounts in QuickBooks Online (QBO), there are also different data associated with them. With this, I recommend making sure you're accessing the correct account because it could be you're opening the incorrect company file. That's the reason that data from a couple of years isn't showing. To do this, you'll have to click the Gear icon and choose Switch company.

If the issue continues to occur, you'll have to go to the Audit log page. From there, you'll see the list of the company's activities like deleting entries, the changes made, and who made them.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon ⚙ and select Audit log.
  2. Use the fields on the page to choose the appropriate UserDate, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  3. For most transactions or events, select View in the History column to open the audit history.

Then, the audit log shows you 150 records at a time. This tells you who made the change and what they did.

Lastly, I'm adding this article to further guide you in effectively managing your business using QBO: Help guide for QuickBooks Online. It contains topics about advanced accounting, banking, and payments to name a few.

Keep in touch if you have any other concerns or questions about your QuickBooks data. I’ll be around to help and make sure you’re taken care of. Have a great day!
