How can i get a offline version of quick book

Just so you know, the desktop version of QuickBooks is only available for 3 countries, namely, Canada, United States, and United Kingdom. All other countries only support the online version of QuickBooks. May I know which country are you using QuickBooks for?

Please know that the desktop editions are not completely offline, as it needs to be connected to the web to download program updates. You also need to connect it to the internet if you process payroll and use third-party applications.

Where is your location? If you need to purchase a license for QB Desktop US or CA version, you can purchase it through a partner/reseller without a credit card. Send me a private message for details.

Hi i needed a quickbooks offline version in India, what are the available options to view historic data once Quickbooks India is discontinued?

Please know that the QuickBooks Online India will no longer be accessible after the discontinuation date. For a smoother transition, we suggest downloading your data before April 30th, 2023. You'll have a history of transactions if you do it this way. They will be used when you pay your taxes and file your forms. You can follow these steps in saving your data:

1. Click on the Gear icon.
2. Select Export Data.
3. Open the Reports tab and set the date range.
4. Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by toggling the slider.
5. Click on Export to Excel

Can I buy this desk top for UK? Can I download the programme, my previous version was stopped by quickbooks forcing me to quickbooks online, already the move my books has not done the job as balance is way out by a lot of money. All I want is a desktop version that I can pay vat online to hmrc

Your company is located in UK, correct? What year version of QB Desktop UK did you use?

If you have QB Desktop UK version with the one time license, as I know you can still use it until now. Otherwise, you can use a new one time license for QB Desktop UK version. But if you need to comply with MTD requirement, using QB Desktop is not enough now. You must use a MTD Bridging app as a workaround.
