Has anyone been having any issues connecting metro bank accounts to QBSE again I’ve been trying all day 

We've been a QBDT user for many years.When MTD forced our hand several years ago we opened a QBO account and use it for our payroll needs.We couldn't get on with the rest of it and continue with QBDT to this day including filing VAT.Yes, we've paid two monthly subscription for the benefit for several years!Now QBDT is to be shelved we are forced to move!Having used the Movemybooks link provided and uploaded the file to that system, it now needs a clear QBO account to download the data to!Problem is that our QBO account has data added by us 2019-2020 while "playing". We cannot simply delete the account due to using "payroll" every week. We did consider opening a new account prefixed with a 1 or 2 in the company name but is there another way that anybody can advise.many thanks, Rob

Am not able to use the service

Hi, I've attempted to get help via chat, but struggled to get a definitive answer.  I'm looking to integrate Gocardless with Quickbooks. I understand that existing mandates can be matched with customers, but regarding the active Gocardless plans / subscriptions, should these be cancelled to avoid charging the customer twice?

Is there any 3rd party software / app out their to create forms for use within the company like Delivery Notes , Estimate and Invoices

Quickbooks disconnects from TSB every week. Quickbooks support are useless. How do I get this software to work?

First order from customer just come through to QB from Shopify and came up with rounding discrepancy. QB effectively added 1p to the invoice value which was 1p less than the customer was invoiced on Shopify and subsequently paid. this message came up but I don't know how to create a product SKU etc. Can someone please show me the steps to create this. Thankyou.

I have a client who has used an invoice app - invoice.2go.com for a long time, but as he now has to be VAT registered has subscribed to Quickbooks simple start.He is still raising his invoices in Invoices.2go & I would like to know if these can easily be imported into Quickbooks?Also, he has CIS deducted from some, so would like to know the best way to deal with this if he does not change & raise invoiced from Quickbooks. The bank only shows amount received as a sale. How do you record the additional sale / cis deduction?

Dear all, I'm using "Etsy Connector by Intuit" to sync all my transactions. I'm under the impressions that this app does not sync refunds issues by me (or forcefully by Etsy on my behalf). Is this correct? If so, any other suggestions how I could record refunds? Thank you in advance

My staff have the workzone app, and can submit leave requests, fill out time sheets etc. I just can't find or import these time sheets in to Quick books, and any guidance would be appreciated.

As a Primary Admin of a sandbox company, going into the Apps screen of QuickBooks, the Apps screen is blank.  No listed apps, no tools for adding - nothing.

Hi Guys,  I've got an issue where a large customer doesn't seem to be reliably receiving our invoices from QB Online. Unfortunately they are placing the blame firmly at our door, and not mimecast who they use for their email security. I've looked into changing the way we send the invoices via email, from quickbooks to our Gmail account which is on their whitelist - i've used the following Quickbooks support page to do so... https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-global/help-article/invoicing/use-gmail-address-send-invoices/L7bMJtO01_ROW_en The process works fine, however test invoices that i have sent out still come from [email address removed] rather than our gmail address (this is regardless of whether or not I select my now connected gmail account or use the previous quickbooks one).  I've connected 2 different gmail workspace accounts and nothing changes. Any ideas?
