Select Turn Off Templates.
You can also manually complete this process:
- Select the Gear icon at the top.
- Under Lists, choose Recurring Transactions.
- Select Pause from drop down.
- Complete this for all recurring transactions and templates.
- If you bill your customers monthly, please note that pausing these transactions will stop any future recurring transactions.
- If you use recurring transactions to bill your customers, please be sure to have an alternative method to collect your funds.
- To re-activate, you will need to manually resume each recurring transaction after you upgrade again.
- If the customer is in a trial version, follow the steps of entering in the changeplan URL (see steps above) as a workaround for Downgrade option
